What it is

A 14-day response test for live vacancies

Wildcard is designed for roles that are already live, or about to go live, where you need evidence quickly.

We help you test whether the role is attracting attention, where candidates are coming from, and where the hiring journey may be breaking down.

  • This is not a full recruitment service.
  • This is not another job board package.
  • This is a focused hiring response test.

How it works

 1.  Send us the vacancy

Send the job advert, job link or role brief. We review the title, description, candidate proposition and likely friction points.

2. We set up tracked campaign links

We create tracked links so candidate response can be measured by source, channel and campaign activity.

3. You get a response report

After 7 and/or 14 days, you receive a short report showing what happened and what to do next.

What you get

Included in every Wildcard Test

  • Job advert review
  • Tracked campaign links
  • Source response tracking
  • Apply-funnel tracking where possible
  • 7/14-day response snapshot
  • Diagnosis of likely issues
  • Recommended next action

What we test

Wildcard helps answer practical hiring questions

Is the role getting enough visibility?

Are candidates clicking but not applying?

Is the job advert failing to convert interest?

Is the salary or location likely suppressing response?

Are the wrong candidates responding?

Which channels are worth continuing?

Should you revise the brief before spending more money?

Who it is for

Employers

For companies with live vacancies that are not attracting enough relevant candidates.

Useful if you are unsure whether the problem is the advert, salary, channel, location, candidate pool or apply process.

Recruiters and agencies

For recruiters handling awkward client roles where the brief may be weak, the salary may be unrealistic, or the client expects contingency effort without evidence.

Use the report to challenge the brief, guide the client, and create the next paid conversation.
